Hi, I’m Adam.

My name is Adam Wright. I am a husband, father, veteran, schoolteacher, and local business owner. I’ve lived in Belleview for over 20 years. 

As a local Floridian,  I started A&W Softwash so that I could better provide for my family and provide a quality experience for you.  When you hire A&W Softwash, you hire me.  I am the sole owner and operator, and I personally do the work. 

As an exterior house wash, roof wash, and surface cleaning company, we are insured and prepared to provide you with an excellent experience and a brightened exterior. Our focus is on each individual job and performing excellence there. We worry about the next job when it gets here but today our priority is you.  

SERVICES

  • We use industry approved and manufacturer recommended biodegradable algaecides and cleaning solutions to kill the organic growth [algae, moss, mildew] and wash away the dirt and debris on your roof. Asphalt, tile, and metal. This is a SOFT wash [low pressure] process. We NEVER use more pressure than what might be in your average garden hose. This helps to extend the life of the roofing material, brighten the roof improving curb appeal, and assist the AC cool by reducing heat absorption.

  • We use industry approved and manufacturer recommended biodegradable algaecides and cleaning solutions to kill the organic growth [algae, moss, mildew] and wash away the dirt and debris from your homes exterior surface. Vinyl/hardie-board siding, brick, stucco, concrete, etc. This helps to clean & sanitize your home’s exterior improving curb appeal and extending the life of your home’s exterior.

  • Using our high pressure professional surface cleaner along with our biodegradable algaecides and cleaning solutions we will attack the moss, mildew, algae, dirt, rust and oil stains found on your carport, driveway, sidewalks and patios. Of course, we pride ourselves in the ability to clean all organic “live” growth and dirt; occasionally there are some rust/oil stains that can only be “lightened” rather than removed…

  • pool cages and decks are prime places for MMA (Moss, Mildew, and Algae) making these area unattractive and sometimes smelly and even hazardous! We can remove the MMA around your families pool area and get you back out there to enjoy it without the worry of unsightly and dangerous organic growth.

  • Wood can be a beautiful addition to your property. Especially if it is properly cared for and maintained. However, if neglected, wood features can become an eyesore quickly. We can safely remove any organic growth (MMA) without damaging the wood and brighten the wood surface making it ready to be preserved with a stain or sealer. We can even apply the sealer for you!
