How do I prep for a cleaning?
To minimize damage, please clear the areas of items not to be washed. I prefer not to move items due to potential damage.
What does it cost?
The average neighborhood driveway is about $225. The average exterior house wash is between $300-$500, and the average roof wash is between $450-$600 (based on soil level and avg 1,500-2,000 sq ft home). Every quote is free.
Is a roof wash safe for my roof?
Yes. It’s low pressure only, never exceeding the gentle flow of an average garden hose. It’s safe for asphalt shingles, concrete/clay tile, and metal roofs.
